Job Summary

HR Technologies and Projects will play a key role in setting the strategic vision and roadmap of the HR systems landscape for DKSH Group.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide functional/domain expertise and translate HR/business requirements to technical teams
  • Supervise projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep projects on track
  • Communicate project timeline changes and new information to team; track project changes and adjust schedules as needed
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements, strategize with project manager when needed
  • Manage projectrelated documentation by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Stay updated with latest HR tech and continuously seek new tech/tools to improve HR operational efficiencies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives constantly assess and review system functionalities and processes; and propose improvements
  • Analyse data using various statistical models and industry accepted tools to provide innovative analytical insights to HR, business and support functions
  • Perform data transformation into formats that make it more appropriate for analysis
  • Ensure adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
  • Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable selfservice frameworks for data consumers
  • Collaborate with and support global/local HR teams on all HR projects/initiatives
  • Perform other duties, within reason, as assigned by the manager as and when necessary
Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum four years of project coordination experience
  • Knowledgeable in project management methodologies and lifecycle, from planning to execution to closure
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, SQL, and programming languages (e.g. Java/Python/R/SAS)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • High proficiency in data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in HR lifecycle and methodologies is an advantage
  • Demonstrable people skills and good communication skills with stakeholders from various backgrounds (countries, cultures, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Team player and comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent attention to detailEducation
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, computer science, math, software engineering, statistics, data science or a related technical field
