The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Customer Service-IT Support to join our team.

The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems by providing prompt and effective support to employees.

You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, helping users with troubleshooting, software installation, hardware maintenance, and more.


  • Proactively address and resolve both employee and client inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding IT functionality, equipment, policies, and related technical issues.
  • Utilize analytical and problemsolving skills to identify root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Perform configuration changes, adjust settings, and manage permissions to resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Streamline the onboarding process by creating new user accounts and ensuring seamless access to necessary systems.
  • Provide consistent and clear updates to employees and clients on the status of their support requests.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all service interactions and ticket statuses.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues that require advanced technical expertise beyond your scope.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, gather information effectively, and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong written communication skills for composing detailed support logs and informative user guides.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues logically and systematically.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a productive workflow.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and provide prompt assistance to multiple users simultaneously.
  • Keen observation skills to identify potential IT problems before they impact user productivity.
  • Positive and professional demeanor to build rapport with colleagues and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
