Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of various departments, including but not limited to, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and facilities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including finance, human resources, and sales, to align operational strategies with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, and implement strategies to enhance business continuity and resilience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process reengineering, technology adoption, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a track record of delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant software systems and technologies, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Certification in operations management or related areas is desirable.
