- 當需要高階解決方案時,重新路由客戶請求或致電相關 PIC 或部門
- 建立客戶記錄歸檔系統,包括聯絡資訊、購買和帳單。
- 與主要客戶、客戶、合作夥伴和利害關係人建立並維持信任關係
