Job description:
*Oversee and monitor the progress of building construction work, ensuring that all specifications are followed.
*Coordinate with consultants during conceptual design, design development, and tender stages.
*Ensure project implementation and completion within the stipulated time, cost, and quality.
*Control and manage the contractor to prevent any delays in completion.
*Liaise with local authorities for building inspections and to obtain approval for development projects.
*Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by a superior.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree in C&S / M&E / other construction relevant field
*At least 10 years of working experiences in related field
*Good knowledge in construction/ maintenance sequences
*Good knowledge in AutoCad and MS office
*Good in project management and supervision skills
*Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving and independent
Salary:
RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 10 years (preferred)
