Job Responsibility:
- Welcoming and greet Priority Banking customers in a warm, courteous and professional from Lobby to PB Centre;
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving customer service problems;
- Ensures customers are attended in a timely manner while taking extra steps to engage customers to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Responsible for the upkeep of the Priority Banking Center (PBC) and ensure all facilities, equipment and stationaries are sufficiently provided;
- Responsible for documentation and filing system to ensure all important documentation are organised and uptodate;
- Support in Priority Banking Centre (PBC) in managing and organizing events.
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen
- Undergraduate in any field of study from a local or international university;
- Ability to speak in multiple languages will be an added advantage;
- Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extracurricular activities;
- Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment;
- Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
