Responsibility

  • Manage and execute the company's payroll system comprehensively, including employee salaries, bonuses, allowances, and compensation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of employee wages and payroll sheets.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve wagerelated issues.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes, including handling departure procedures, settling final wages, and benefits, etc.
  • Manage employee attendance records to ensure accurate recording of working hours.
  • Assist in managing the company's administrative affairs, including office equipment maintenance, procurement of supplies, etc.
  • Support the daytoday operations of other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Requirements:

  • Must able to speak, read & write in English & MANDARIN
  • Required Skill(s): SQL Payroll System and familiar with MS office
