As an Administrative cum Finance Assistant, you will provide essential support to our administrative and finance departments. You will assist in a variety of tasks, including office management, financial record-keeping, and administrative coordination.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can efficiently manage administrative responsibilities while also contributing to finance-related tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and recording company expenses.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with bank deposits, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining employee records and assisting in calculations.
  • Generate financial reports as needed for management.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Manage communication with clients and vendors, facilitating smooth interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Part time and full timer are welcome

RM1, RM3,022.64 per month
