Attending to inbound calls only and assisting customers inquiries pertaining to credit cards

  • No Sales and out bond call required
  • Adhoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on rotational shifts(NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS)
  • Must be willing to work in the office
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree (SPM holders must have experience)
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
  • Fast learner and able to handle multitasking.

FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Working hours:

Training For 1 month : 8.45am -5.45 pm

Job : 8am -2 pm

Shift After training:

Rotational Shift:

8am - 5am

9am - 6pm

10am - 7pm

11am - 8pm

12pm - 9pm

1pm 10pm

2pm - 11pm
