  • Interact with victim, applicants, and card members to protect their account from fraud activities primarily on inbound and outbound calls, whilst providing world class servicing
  • Identify and minimize the impacts of fraudulent, collusive, and unethical activity transacting through or on American Express Card members.
  • Review and analyze fraud claims raised by card members
  • Conduct interview or inform the results of investigation to card members
  • Process necessary adjustment when confirmed fraud on card member's account
  • Required to make sound, fact based decisions.
  • Meet and perform above and beyond expectations especially in speed & decision quality
  • Achieve high productivity and quality of work.
  • Understand and comply with all Fraud processes and local regulations
  • Work on other fraud related tasks and projects as and when required

Qualification

  • Strong analytical thinking with eye for details
  • Able to seek solutions to a problem and holds a high level of integrity.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Able to perform under pressure to service Card members
  • Understanding of Card acceptance and Fraud process would be an advantage
  • Process excellence negotiation skills and can gain commitment for action
  • Proven ability to make factbased decisions promptly and maintain accuracy
  • Strong Japanese verbal and written skills
  • Good command in English would be beneficial

- 真正会員・申し込み者及び不正申し込み被害者への架電・受電業務
- 不正な申し込みや取引の傾向の分析と検証
- カード会員からの不正申告のレビュー及び分析
- カード会員への聞き取りや調査結果の報告
- 上記に付随する事務作業
- 正確的及び迅速に意思決定を効果的に行う
