- 登記所有進來的客人,確保獲取並記錄所有相關信息
- 為所有客人提供卓越的客戶服務,確保在整個住宿期間提供優質服務
- 與客戶建立牢固的融洽關係,並確保履行對客戶的所有服務承諾。提供演示、培訓和與客戶會面。
- 負責客戶的詢問,確保客戶的請求、回饋和投訴得到記錄並及時解決
- 承擔您的直接上級或管理層不時分配給您的任何任務或指派

**要求 :**
- 所需技能:優秀的溝通、社交技能、解決問題的能力與人際溝通能力
- 電腦熟練程度,包括 Excel、Word、Outlook 和公司軟體系統
- 講普通話的女性候選人將在與講普通話的客戶聯絡方面獲得更多優勢
- 必須能夠在周六、週日和公共假期輪班。
- 能夠立即開始工作將是額外的優勢。
