A Japanese multinational corporation operating a department store chain carrying a wide array of products, ranging from wedding dresses and other apparel to electronics and flatware.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the customer service operation with customers' satisfaction being priority; to maintain satisfactory relationship with customers and staff
  • Maintain Customer Service standards and procedures.
  • Ensure that the customers' problems are attended to promptly and efficiently.
  • Attend customers' enquiries and followthrough with the necessary actions; handle customers' feedback/ complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Compile customer feedback and suggestions so as to improve and develop Service Standards.
  • Any other jobrelated duties assigned by the Company or your superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service / Airline industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English
  • Positive attitude and peopleoriented
  • Uniform provided
  • No fancy hair colour or visible tattoo
  • 5 working days, rotational shift arrange by the supervisor
  • Working Pass provided by the company

Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
