Inventory Management:

  • Implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.

Logistics and Transportation:

Warehousing and Distribution:

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse hygiene and safety standards.

Quality Control and Food Safety:

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and industry standards at all stages of the supply chain.

Cost Management and Budgeting:

  • Develop and manage supply chain budgets, including expenses related to procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality or service levels.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and KPI assessments to monitor the effectiveness of supply chain processes and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.

Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and procurement strategies.

Proficiency in using supply chain management software systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
