Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily management and operations of the Chamber office
- Organize and prepare for the monthly Board Meetings, ranging from producing the Agenda to Directors communications and preparation of the Minutes of the Board Meetings
Membership Drive
- To direct all membership solicitation efforts of the Chamber, including the solicitation of prospective new members and will oversee records pertinent to membership building and retention. To maintain reports concerning membership status, due dates or other membership information. To contact all members for renewal of membership.
- To coordinate with the Accountant for timely delivery of monthly financial reports to the board and the preparation of an annual budget
- Implements and manages the planning, development and execution of programs/project/events of the Chamber
- Maintain contacts and relationships with government organisations, embassies, Chambers and other local agencies and associations.
- Record keeping, archiving and documenting of administration matters and correspondences
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time
