Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Department's operations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating administrative tasks related to project planning, execution, and closure.
- Assisting project managers in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitoring project progress and timelines to ensure ontime delivery.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather project updates and reports.
- Managing communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project status.
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Handling procurement of projectrelated materials and maintaining inventory.
- Supporting project managers in tracking expenses and budget allocation.
- Identifying potential issues and risks and escalating them to the appropriate channels.
- Providing general administrative support to the Project Department as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project administration or coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Familiarity with interior design or construction projects is a plus.
