Job Scope:

  • Maintain filing and proper documentation.
  • Handle the client's quotation and issue a PO.
  • To assist in general office administration as assigned from time to time.
  • Manage appointments and ensure the shop is organised.
  • Inspecting products for defects, measuring and testing components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and identifying areas for improvement in the production process.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in

Microsoft Office:
MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Applicants must be able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent, disciplined, multitasking, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Preferably, entry level specialized in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.

RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
