Office Admin Intern

PRIMARY FUNCTION


We're looking for an Office Admin Intern to assist with general office, HR and Accounting work as determined and directed by the Office Manager.

The Office Intern will be responsible for assisting the staff with general office duties including, but not limited to, data entry, filing and general coordination of day-to-day tasks.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Assist in managing the flow of paperwork filing and record keeping.
  • Assist and facilitate staff as necessary whenever and however needed.
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents.
  • Drafting letters and memos to staff members and clients.

SKILL REQUIRED

  • Highly organised.
  • Resourceful in finding information and answers without promoting or micromanagement.
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve ddesired company and project goals with prudence and a sense of urgency.
  • Articulate communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organization skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • General computer skills including Microdsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

QUALIFICATION

  • No work experience is required training provided.
  • Minimum 3 months of the internship period.

WORKING HOURS
Monday - Friday (8:30am

  • 5:30pm)
Saturdays (8:30am - 1:00pm)

Job Types:

Salary:
RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
