Job Description

We need to fill a job vacancy for the position of Admin Office (Tenant Experience Coordinator).

  • Job Title: Admin Office (Tenant Experience Coordinator)
  • Job Summary: As a Tenant Experience Coordinator, your role is crucial in ensuring our tenants have a positive and pleasant living experience in iBilik's properties.

Your main responsibilities involve improving tenant satisfaction, facilitating communication, and organizing events and services to create a vibrant and supportive community atmosphere.

You will collaborate with tenants, property management, and stakeholders to maintain a high standard of tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:Tenant Engagement:

Foster positive tenant relations and serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns. Proactively engage with tenants to understand their needs and preferences.

Community Building:

Organize and coordinate social events, activities, and programs to foster a sense of community within the property. Encourage tenant participation in community activities.

Communication and Feedback:

Facilitate communication between tenants and property management to address and resolve issues promptly. Gather feedback from tenants to enhance services and amenities.

Tenant Onboarding:

Welcome new tenants and provide necessary information about the property, services, and community. Ensure a smooth transition and assist with initial needs.

Tenant Satisfaction:

Monitor tenant satisfaction through surveys and feedback, taking actions to improve overall experience.

Tenant Support:

Assist tenants with inquiries, renewals, and maintenance requests. Collaborate with support teams to resolve tenant issues.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain records of tenant interactions, events, and services. Assist with administrative duties such as lease agreements and billing.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Real Estate).
