Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide the board members with a wide range of administrative support, including but not limited to organizing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and dealing with correspondence.
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records to ensure accessibility and easy retrieval as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and various internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including arranging flights, accommodations, and transportation, and build thorough itineraries for business travels.
  • Assist with the tracking and control of expenditures, ensuring accuracy and adherence with business policies.
  • Coordination and planning of internal and external events, meetings, and presentations as ordered by the Directors.
  • Compile and enter data into spreadsheets, as directed by the Directors, and generate reports.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while handling sensitive and confidential information with prudence.
  • Maintain constant awareness of the latest reports, rules, and legal mandates to ensure strict adherence to current laws and regulations and to oversee the company's compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, corporate governance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, particularly in supporting boards of directors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, particularly in Microsoft Office 36
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Indepth knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance is added advantage

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
