We are looking to hire an awesome Marketing Manager (MY) based in Kuala Lumpur with exceptional fluency in English and Bahasa.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an active pipeline of marketing efforts and leads generation pipeline to bring the company to next level.

Content Creation and Social Media Management

  • Craft compelling and consistent content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's identity and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for content creation and dissemination.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring regular and engaging content postings.
Community Building and Event Management

  • Organize and participate in events, webinars, or seminars to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Engage in networking to establish partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Market Research and Collaboration

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives.

  • Graduates in diploma / degree in Marketing, International Marketing, International Business, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics.
  • Strong data management and research skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data management technique (Microsoft Excel) is required.
