Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound sales prospecting activities to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Maxis products and services to effectively present and position them as solutions to customer needs.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of Maxis offerings.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential customers to nurture long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in an outbound sales role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer data effectively.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
