Customer Support (Junior/ Entry level)

Responsible:

  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm order upon deliver.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing seller inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure the shipment process is successfully delivered to customer.
  • Respond customers on unforeseen delays or problems or any changes.
  • Listen to customers feedback and give aftersales support as and when required.
  • Know well about the products and able to explain to customer based on required.
  • Support other HODs on customer service, quality, manufacturing operations, planning, shipping and warehousing related tasks.
  • Document and report any issues or concerns raised by customers for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Fluently communicate in basic English/ Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.

Working Shift: 9AM - 6PM

Salary:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
