We are looking for a proactive Key Account Executive to manage customer relationships.

This role is suitable for those who want to venture into Business Development and After Sales position.


For this role, you'll be managing a Key Client of the company and learn your way to build relationship and business with the client.


Job Duties

  • Create detailed business plans to achieve sales target and quotas.
  • Provide professional aftersales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer's satisfaction & company's reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Keep in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 1 year as a Key Account Executive, or similar sales/customer management.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills with business acumen.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Must be able to start immediately.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Key Account Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
