experienceResponsible for company secretarial works ranging from formation/incorporation of new companies, preparation of resolutions, preparing annual return and other corporate secretarial matters such as deregistration of company and etc

  • Ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Act, policies, constitution, procedures and guidelines
  • Maintaining and updating all the statutory records, register book and ensure proper filing of corporate secretarial documents at all times.
  • Ensure documents and files are correctly named, saved and maintained in the database.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties such as government officers, bankers, lawyers, clients and etc. pertaining to the company secretarial matters.
  • Handling any other adhoc duties from various projects as instructed by superiors/ management from time to time.
  • Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments from the respective clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of relevant experiences in relative fields with excellent skills and knowledge
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multitasking
  • Required language : Malay and English
  • Required Skill : MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
