As a Regulatory Affairs Executive for White Umbrella Sdn Bhd, your exciting yet challenging job descriptions are as below;

  • Understanding regulations in regards to importation and distribution of medical devices, SIRIM registration and Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
  • Maintain an uptodate information on regulatory requirements and regulations.
  • Liase with external parties such as principals and regulatory boards on matters related to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a database on registration status of products.
  • Manage the registration and renewal submission to the regulatory board.
  • Ensures the ISO certification and GDPMD regulatory compliance system is established, implemented and maintained.
  • Reports to the Higher Management on the performance of ISO compliance and GDPMD regulatory compliance system, as well as identifying and correcting deviations from the desired results.
  • Enforcing the standards recommended by ISO certification and GDPMD across the organization and suppliers.

  • Diploma in Life Science or any related fields.
  • Carries 1 to 2 years experience within the same job scope. Previous experience particularly in dealing with regulatory boards will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer and result oriented.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,750.00 per month
