Medical Affairs Executive

Position Summary:
Responsible for the administration of the medical affairs function in managing medical practitioners' matters and provide support in clinical governance.

- To take reasonable care at workplace for the safety of oneself, others and to comply with any instruction or measurement on occupational safety, health and environment as required. Reports all accidents/ incidents and hazard to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident/incident.
- To perform other related duties as assigned and directed by the immediate superior.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of medical practitioners.
- Assist in the credentialing and privileging process of medical practitioners.
- Assist to ensure all contractual agreement of all medical practitioners are maintained to ensure its validity, and all copies are kept secure, which includes necessary preparation of documentations for submission to Legal Department.
- Assist to ensure all annual practicing license (APC), national specialist registry (NS) registration, medical indemnity and other relevant certification for the medical practitioner is always valid.
- Ensures Consultants database and files are updated and maintained.
- Ensures that all MDAC, its subcommittees and clinical department meetings are held as per Terms of Reference.
- Assist to compile required data and ensure reports are prepared for presentation.
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities, and assignments which may be delegated to you from time to time, in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Demonstrate personal and professional values in the workplace.
