In line with its expansion program in the region, idsMED Group now successfully operates in 9 markets. The team is now looking to fill a Product Manager role as per the qualifications below;

Product Manager (PM) organizes and guides teams across departments to generate and implement new product initiatives and increase the profitability of existing products.

PM will work with his team who is consists of Product Specialist and/or Clinical Specialist. PM conducts comparison, product, and market analysis, as well as analysis of competition and trends.

PM is also responsible for product planning and execution through product lifecycles to ensure profit margins and principal targets are achieved.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achievement of idsMED & Principal Targets
  • Analyze, update, and measure the principal performance metrics for a specified product/product category.
  • Conduct _business reviews_ with principals to evaluate sales performance and find out opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge about daytoday business activities between the principal and the company.
  • Monitor and monitor targets, KPIs, and other performance matrices.
  • Identification and Development of Market Opportunities
  • Study and monitor market conditions for recommend purchasing at the right time, as well as short to mediumterm planning.
  • Identify the company's unique value proposition and differentiator compared to competitors in the market.
  • Assess, measure, and qualify potential and existing markets/segments.
  • Strategic Business Planning
  • Carrying out business development activities
  • Provide recommendations for new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Development and Good Relations with KOLs
  • Collaborating with KOL including principals in operational matters; build trust and ongoing partnerships.
  • Manage KOL databases.
  • In line with KOL, market, and product activity.
  • Event and Workshop Management
  • Participate in industry/association conferences and with speakers.
  • Manage good relations activities with KOLs.
  • Perform post event evaluation activities and procedures.
  • Agency and Product Development
  • Cooperate with principals in terms of daily operations
  • Organize and coordinate the planning and execution of the entire product cycle / product category that has been set.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to assign, position, and map products.
  • Support and provide attention to customers.
  • Organize the launch of all products/product categories
  • Introducing products to existing or new markets, supporting the sales team, especially for key opportunities.
  • Strategic Analysis of Products and Markets
  • Track and update product milestones to identify gaps and difficulties in doing business.
  • Maintain knowledge about products/product categories and markets, as well as follow market trends.
  • Assist in identifying new market opportunities as well as new product development.
  • Strategic Implementation
  • Manage predetermined product lines; Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Department in the implementation of strategies and initiatives.
  • Track and update key parameters for success
  • Inventory Management
  • Supervise inventory levels and production schedules of products/product categories that have been set.
  • Collaborate across departments, including sales and operations departments, to forecast and review inventory levels to ensure optimal working capital for the company.
  • Product Strategy Alignment
  • Execute product development activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnership opportunities.
  • Demo Settings
  • Make sure all demo units are considered and used correctly.
  • Update and monitor demo tracking to ensure the company has realtime visibility of its assets.
  • Set up sample orders and demo units and their usage.
  • Management System
  • Involved in managing management system based on quality management system, quality management system for medical devices, and antibribery management system.
