  • Summary of departmental business data, production, and quality data.
  • Verify the consistency between system attendance and manual attendance on a daily basis;
  • Summarize attendance at the end of each month and submit it to the Human Resources Department;
  • Handling attendance exceptions.
  • Responsible for department expense reimbursement and related documents.
  • Interviewing, onboarding, and pre job training for new employees;
  • Handling of employee resignation;
  • Responsible for the subscription, inventory, and corresponding matters of fixed assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree, excellent fresh graduates can be accepted,fluent in spoken & written Mandarin ;
  • Work seriously and responsible, with a strong team spirit.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
