Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Market Intelligence Team to assess the business environment, competitors, customers and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering teams to promote company's brand values to existing and potential customers.
  • Plan and manage the annual product marketing calendar and budgets to support sales to reach new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Oversee all outbound marketing efforts (campaigns, events, and communication) and develop collateral, pricing strategy, sales materials to support sales growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives including lead generation efforts, promotional events, communication campaigns, product launches
  • Organize, execute, and coordinate live or virtual events, including tradeshows, customer and partners events, industry events, training seminars and other promotional events
  • Monitor and report marketing metrics of the various marketing channels and provide recommendation to optimize the marketing campaigns and marketing channels.
  • Manage a team of marketing executives to develop and coordinate with other departments to produce effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Analytical and has strong business acumen
  • Ability to work well collaboratively, crossfunctionally, and mobilise resources where needed
  • Creative and innovative thinking, to generate and develop new ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, good English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is considered a plus.
  • Solid ability to allocate and manage budgets.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in brand and marketing management including lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and managing campaigns both online and offline.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing Management. Those with an Engineering background is advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Marketing Management with at least three years in product and content marketing management of industrial products in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in metalworking or precision engineering industries is considered a plus

Salary:
RM4, RM11,178.19 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
