  • Ensure product produced is meeting bakery quality/safety requirements.
  • Schedule production staffs for shift work, overtime, ensure staffs take rotation for off/rest day and in compliance with workplace work hours requirement (SWA).
  • Ensure staff adhere to plant rules and regulations in relate to workplace safety, PPE, discipline.
  • Conduct regular production meetings/briefing to address production issues.
  • Maintain and update process SOPs and develop process control forms.
  • Prepare and generate weekly/monthly production reporting
  • Responsible to conduct OJT training for operators and assess/chart their progress.
  • Assist in process optimization and continual improvement.
  • Assist in carry out RCAs and update in iLeader for Safety/food safety deviation, incidents, complaints
  • Upkeep and maintain equipment within context of production to achieve good line efficiency with minimum machine down time.
  • Understand the requirement of regulatory agencies and assist in ensuring compliance to the requirements (include Food Act & Regulations, OSHA compliance, environmental, Halal, SWA)
  • Assist in leading and motivating team to attain better skill for growth and upgrading.
  • Responsible for work place safety and drive safety initiatives.
  • Participate in internal quality and food safety related audits.
  • Assist in product troubleshoot, develop preventive measures for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in new product development related trial runs and projects.
  • Promote good interdepartmental teamwork and relationships.
  • Ensure plant hygiene and sanitation at all times.
  • Any other ad hoc duty assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Food Technology/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Food Engineering
  • Min 23 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge in baking industry is an advantage
  • HACCP System, GMP Requirements And Food Quality/ Safety Systems
  • Technical knowledge in food processing

Pay:
RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
