Project Management:

  • Proven ability to manage project materials and delivery schedules.
  • Strong skills in manpower planning and coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing projects to meet timelines.

Communication:

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM); proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Capable of preparing professional written correspondence with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Work Style:

  • Neat and systematic approach in all related documents.
  • Good hygiene standards.

Financial Acumen:

  • Sensitivity to project costing and effective cash flow management.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Efficient and clear communication with internal management teams and external parties.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to work based at project construction sites.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transportation.

Pay:
RM3, RM10,000.00 per month
