Accurately enter and update data in various systems or databases.

  • Monitor and manage the credit status of clients, ensuring timely payment of invoices and following up on overdue payments.
  • Make phone calls to debtors requesting payment and maintain records of communication.
  • Compile and send daily reports to management, summarizing key activities, progress, or relevant information.
  • Address and respond to inquiries or concerns from clients, providing prompt and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
  • File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization and recordkeeping.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair activities of the office building or facilities, coordinating with service providers and ensuring a safe and functional working environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and services to facilitate smooth business operations and create a pleasant working environment.
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as required or assist other departments when necessary.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 9am - 5pm

Saturday : 9am - 1pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
