HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daytoday administrative and HR operations
- Help in onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions
- Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage correspondence, and handle office supplies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in employee relations and performance management processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or HR roles
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Basic understanding of local employment laws and HR practices
- Experience in handling administrative tasks and supporting HR functions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software
- Team player with a detailoriented approach
