Job Description:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate clients for our training and microcredential programs. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategies.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. Set clear sales targets and provide guidance to ensure they meet or exceed their goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. Understand their training needs and tailor our offerings to meet those needs effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Business Development to develop and refine sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing plans.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Job Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Indepth knowledge of corporate training and microcredential programs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
