About the Role:

ZF Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Malaysia. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing commercial vehicle business lines, sales and distribution networks, and providing service support to customers in assigned market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Vehicle Business Line Management:
  • Manage customers' commercial relationships, including sales and distribution networks.
  • Prepare price quotations and process sales orders.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer service and engage in customer relationship management.
  • Provide sales and portfolio forecasts.
Service Support:
  • Plan with customers to Go To Market with products, technical and marketing information.
  • Visit customers regularly to maintain close working relationships.
  • Ensure orders fulfillment and liaise with Supply Chain department for stock planning and delivery matters.
  • Work closely with Finance department to ensure AR collections per contracted terms.
  • Liaise with Product Management to develop new products for the aftermarket and ensure warranty processing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department to organize sales promotions, marketing activities, technical trainings, and seminars.
  • Provide sales forecasts to direct supervisors to facilitate planning processes.
  • Gather feedback on market trends, information, demand, and supply, and competitive pricing.
  • Develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the Automotive Aftermarket field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Independent, result-oriented, and strong business development sense.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, ERP, and Salesforce tools is essential.
