Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Planning and Management: Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and expansion in our Visuals & Accessories business.
  2. Candidate will be responsible for working with ISR teams in expanding Visuals & Accessories business in GTAP: Identify and engage with key customers to drive attach and growth, ensuring sales enablement and tracking attach rate- quote and order load.
  3. Candidate will be responsible for working with ISR teams in driving better coverage and ensuring growth in Attach business: Analyze pipelines, ensure pipeline hygiene, timeliness, coverage, and high conversion to revenue.

Quarterly & Monthly Execution:

  1. Engage with Segment ISR team, at times customers to drive attach of Visuals & Accessories business.
  2. Drive stronger partnerships with ISR Leads and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to drive improvement to business.
  3. Build and support segment-wise focused growth initiatives along with Segment and Category leads- lead and track execution.
  4. Organize quarterly training with support from Category to drive product knowledge and awareness and mindshare.
  5. Drive Blitz activities for more funnel opportunities.
