Job Qualifications

  • Should have at least 1 year BPO experience.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with international customer.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
