Descripción del Trabajo


Supervisar todos los detalles en la obra para los eventos del grupo ejecutivo, elaborar y seguir la lista de control o el itinerario y solucionar los problemas que se deriven del evento.

Ser el enlace y la de persona de contacto para coordinar los detalles de los eventos con los clientes, proveedores externos, planificadores de re UNIONes y demás partes involucradas en los eventos.

Diseñar, confirmar y comunicar la distribución de habitaciones y los requisitos de organización para los eventos especiales.

Ingresar y recuperar la información contenida en las bases de datos de la computadora mediante la utilización de un teclado, ratón o trackballpara actualizar expedientes, archivos y reservaciones.

Transmitir información o documentación mediante la utilización de una computadora, el correo o un fax. Operar equipo de oficina estándar, aparte de las computadoras. Preparar los papeles semanales relacionados con la planilla de sueldos del departamento.

Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, organización, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados; y servir como ejemplo y primer punto de contacto del proceso de "Garantía de tratamiento justo y política de puertas abiertas".
