Take responsibility of local tax and legal compliance. Recommends accounting solutions that are in accordance with local policies; Fixed asset management per local GAAP and Corp policy. Work with local consultant or external auditor to provide the monthly & quarterly financial information for external reporting purposes. Local banking and vendor payment support, cash flow forecast; Acts as a key financial advisor on cross-functional team initiatives; Business partnership: work closely with Site Design Leader on budget and other financial business cases; Work with Project Manager on project accounting & forecast analysis; Other on-site supports

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Solid knowledge in local & IFRS GAAP; Rich experience in local tax policy; Strong knowledge ERP (SAP preferred) and Micro-office skill.

Self-motivated and proactive attitude. Ability to manage a legal entity in accounting independently. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Typical Experience:

6-8 years of relevant experience (R&D or manufacturing experience a plus) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in office Excel, & PBI skill preferred
