To prepare all Housekeeping correspondence, reports, memos, procedures, purchase requests.

  • To keep upto date housekeeping files and maintains an effective and efficient filing system.
  • To control the office supplies and be responsible for the inventory of such.
  • To record all Lost & Found items and safe keep the items in a systematic manner.
  • To keep up to date and accurate records of all housekeeping employees' annual leave, public holidays, medical leave and attendance records.
  • To raise purchase request according to the stocks level and ensure the stocks are delivered on time.
  • To communicate effectively with all levels of staff and most importantly with the guests.
  • To ensure that all messages are accurately taken and relayed, correctly and promptly.
  • To promote a friendly and conducive working relationship within the department and with other departments.
  • To liaise with vendors on appointments for the Executive Housekeeper whenever necessary.
  • To comply with the hotel rules, regulations, policies, procedures and grooming standards.
  • To perform all duties other than these above which are requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
