Housekeeping Admin

- To keep upto date housekeeping files and maintains an effective and efficient filing system.
- To control the office supplies and be responsible for the inventory of such.
- To record all Lost & Found items and safe keep the items in a systematic manner.
- To keep up to date and accurate records of all housekeeping employees' annual leave, public holidays, medical leave and attendance records.
- To raise purchase request according to the stocks level and ensure the stocks are delivered on time.
- To communicate effectively with all levels of staff and most importantly with the guests.
- To ensure that all messages are accurately taken and relayed, correctly and promptly.
- To promote a friendly and conducive working relationship within the department and with other departments.
- To liaise with vendors on appointments for the Executive Housekeeper whenever necessary.
- To comply with the hotel rules, regulations, policies, procedures and grooming standards.
- To perform all duties other than these above which are requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.
Job Types:

RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
