Automotive Parts Controller

Job Summary:


Service Center Parts Controller plays a vital role in managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of automotive parts in service center.

To ensure that the service center has the necessary parts to complete repairs efficiently, maintain accurate inventory levels.

Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized and accurate inventory of automotive parts, including regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliation with computerized inventory systems.
-
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the fulfillment of parts requests from service technicians, ensuring that the correct parts are issued promptly and accurately for vehicle repairs.
-
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, including purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and inventory adjustments. Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and trends for management review.

Qualifications:

-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certification in automotive technology, parts management, or a related field is preferred.
-
Experience: Proven experience in automotive parts management, inventory control, or a similar role within an automotive service center or dealership environment.
-
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive parts, components, and systems, including familiarity with part numbers, compatibility, and sourcing.

Fresh grads are welcome.
