Our client in beauty line is looking for a junior and experienced in handling sales administrative or support and social media management.


Job description:

  • Order processing and verifying all product codes, price lists and available inventory.
  • Assist in solving shipment ETA issues and ensure the shipment is delivered to the client.
  • To prepare inventory reports, sales reports and aging reports.
  • To update the social media, website, customers data, promotional materials, memo, messages from time to time
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team for all related documents and needs
  • To handle new product registration
  • Sending DO, invoices, promotional info or related documents requested by client.
  • Constantly gives excellent and quality services to internal & external clients, resulting in delighted company's clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in similar role or position
  • Minimum diploma in Mass Communication/Business or any related field
  • Proficiency in MS. office, social media, design or video shooting skill is added advantage.
  • Excellent organization, administrative, and problemssolving skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Must have own transport to travel to work.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
