工作职责:
1、专心解决高级用户在平台上遇到的问题,确保他们的体验顺畅

2、汇总用户和代理商的反馈,及时向上级汇报,促进问题解决和改进。

3、审查用户信息和内容,确保符合平台规定,保障平台秩序。

4、和代理商保持联系,建立良好的合作关系,推动业务增长。

5、具备处理舆情的敏感度和技巧,有效应对各种舆情事件,维护平台声誉。

6、向VIP客户介绍最新促销活动,并提供相关信息和建议。
Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
1)Focus on resolving issues encountered by premium users on the platform to ensure a smooth user experience.

2)Compile feedback from users and agents, report to superiors promptly, and facilitate issue resolution and improvement.

3)Review user information and content to ensure compliance with platform regulations and maintain platform order.

4)Maintain communication with agents, establish good cooperative relationships, and drive business growth.

5)Possess sensitivity and skills in handling public opinion, effectively address various public opinion events, and uphold platform reputation.

6)Introduce the latest promotional activities to VIP clients, providing relevant information and advice.

工作要求:
1、两年以上学历,一年或以上相关工作经验,也欢迎优秀的应届生加入。

2、英语可用作为工作语言;以便与国际客户进行有效交流。

3、具备良好的客户服务意识,能够迅速学习并掌握相关业务知识。

4、善于沟通,具有良好的团队合作精神;

5)能够读,写,听,说华语。

6)能够独立工作并处理多个优先事项。

Job Requirements:
1)Bachelor's degree or above with at least one year of relevant work experience; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

2)Proficient in English for effective communication with international clients.

3)Strong customer service awareness, quick learner, and ability to grasp relevant business knowledge rapidly.

4)Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.

5)Able to read, write, listen, and speak Mandarin Chinese.

6)Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
