- Carry out all administration tasks including perform stock check and cost check, data keyin.
- To negotiate terms, quality and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
- Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and write English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independently with minimum supervision and a team player.
- Willing to learn.
- Strong prioritising skills, ability to multitask and result driven.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Final semester student only.
- Malaysian only.
