Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and verifying customer information, including personal details and identification documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for customer identification.
  • Conduct due diligence on highrisk customers or those involved in complex transactions.
  • Investigate the source of funds and the purpose of the business relationship.
  • Knowledge about Lexis Nexis.
  • Data entry.
  • Basic skill of Microsoft Office.

Job Requirements:

  • Acceptable to work Overtime when needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
