  • Handling renewals of foreign workers' permits and maintaining hostel facilities.
  • Managing the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and buildings.
  • Oversight of security personnel and managing mail and courier services.
  • Procurement and inventory control of stationary, uniforms, and safety gear.
  • Providing administrative support to HR & Admin department operations.
  • Organizing employee welfare activities such as annual dinners and other events.
  • Assisting with any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Must be proficient in Mandarin

Job Types:

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
