Education:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have at least 12 years' experience in HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality & handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and execute endtoend recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Update and maintain all employee personnel information in the system.
  • Administer monthly payroll process (update attendance list, leave record & etc.)
  • Perform Statutory Payments (KWSP, SOCSO, ElS and PCB)
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goalsetting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Any other responsibility that assigned by management from time to time.
