HR Admin Officer

- Manage staff resignation process
- HR payroll processing and system management matter
- Monitor foreign worker matters (permit renewal, foreign workers incoming and exit Malaysia, etc.)
- Administer of office equipment
- Ensure periodical/regular out-source service is carry out accordingly. Control out-source service record (such as Rentokil, fire extinguisher, etc.)
- Coordinate, control and maintain system for (key phone, security, etc.)
- To coordinate corporate events, company meetings and training programs for food and beverage
- Assist in ensuring that the company's policies and standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for the smooth running of all administrative functions related to company's daily operation
- Responsible in sourcing quotations, review, negotiation with suppliers, final selection of suppliers and process Purchase Requisition
- Any add hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
