1. Recruitment process of new staff (For Junior level)

  • Manage staff resignation process
  • HR payroll processing and system management matter
  • Monitor foreign worker matters (permit renewal, foreign workers incoming and exit Malaysia, etc.)
  • Administer of office equipment
  • Ensure periodical/regular out-source service is carry out accordingly. Control out-source service record (such as Rentokil, fire extinguisher, etc.)
  • Coordinate, control and maintain system for (key phone, security, etc.)
  • To coordinate corporate events, company meetings and training programs for food and beverage
  • Assist in ensuring that the company's policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of all administrative functions related to company's daily operation
  • Responsible in sourcing quotations, review, negotiation with suppliers, final selection of suppliers and process Purchase Requisition
  • Any add hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
