Job description:
- Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
- They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
- Prepare and doing the participate tender/quotation.
- Include basic account process and HR Management.
- To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
- Good documentation and follow up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.
- Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.
- Participate in the various processes of hiring, training, onboarding and employee disciplinary issues.
- You'll handle the daily HR and Admin duties of an organization and other tasks as and when the need arises
Requirements:
- Required to have at least a degree in any related field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to interact with people at all levels.
- Able to start work as soon as possible.
- Independent and can work individually
- Fast leaner
- Degree holder

RM2,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
