Job description:

  • Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
  • Prepare and doing the participate tender/quotation.
  • Include basic account process and HR Management.
  • To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
  • Good documentation and follow up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.
  • Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.
  • Participate in the various processes of hiring, training, onboarding and employee disciplinary issues.
  • You'll handle the daily HR and Admin duties of an organization and other tasks as and when the need arises

Requirements:

  • Required to have at least a degree in any related field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to start work as soon as possible.
  • Independent and can work individually
  • Fast leaner
  • Degree holder

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
