- Assist in recording financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
- Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable entries with bank statement.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate and process invoices for clients or customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate payment processing, ensuring adherence to payment schedules.
- Support in tracking expenses and reconciling them with budgeted amounts.
- Contribute to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare documentation for audits and examinations.
- Participate in basic financial analysis to assist in decision-making processes.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.

- Ensure in daily administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and follow up on pending matters.
- Preparing formal letters.
- Handle phone calls and processing incoming mails.
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
- Maintaining calendars of HR Management team.
- Any other task required by management.
